Our leadership is comprised of industry leaders who have dedicated their professional lives to the game of baseball, gender equality, or a combination of the two. Now, despite their various backgrounds, they come together united in one purpose: to advance the future of girls’ baseball.

Baseball for All Leadership

Donna Cohen, Advisor

Donna Cohen is an attorney and advisor to women in sports and entertainment who passionately advocates for the role of women in baseball. She organizes, moderates and provides talent for special events involving women and baseball for Major League and Minor League Baseball clubs, working with women from the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League, USA Baseball Women's National Team, and Baseball For All.  Most recently, she served as the managing director of the inaugural World Baseball Softball Confederation (WSBC) for the Women's Baseball World Cup Trophy Tour. 

Rob Daniels, Board 

Dr. Rob Daniels is a child clinical psychologist and author whose practice is built on the philosophy that it takes a team to help a child thrive. For schools and families facing complex challenges, he offers solutions that are easy to implement and that allow young people to flourish. Rob has been the Treasurer for Baseball For All since 2017. His daughter attended the inaugural Baseball For All Nationals and it was a transformative experience for the whole family. It is his dream that every girl has the same opportunities to play our national pastime as any boy does, from youth baseball, to college, all the way to the pros. 

Jennifer Elbert, Advisor

Jennifer Elbert is an experienced events professional with proven success executing global partner events. Her main expertise lies in engineering events that create a harmony between the goals of key stakeholders, strengths of cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on attendee experience. 

Loren Foxx, Advisor

Loren Foxx has been a utility player throughout his professional career, starting as a CPA and moving on to pharmaceutical sales before landing in professional baseball, where he served as a broadcaster, corporate sales director, VP of Marketing, and general manager. Loren now owns his own digital marketing firm in New Hampshire and plays, watches, and coaches baseball (including his 13-year-old daughter Maggie).

Jon Freeman, Advisor

Jon Freeman is a proven senior executive, entrepreneur, consultant and board member with 30+ years of success. His broad areas of expertise include international business, strategic planning, business development, and consultative/solution/customer value selling.
In his executive career, he has held leadership positions at various leaders of industry including Intel, Novell and numerous other companies. 

Robb Hittner, Advisor

Robb Hitner is the Brand Partnerships Director for VY Esports with over 20 years of international experience at both midsize independent and major agencies. Most recently, Robb ran Edelman's Los Angeles consumer public relations and strategy teams, as well as growing their global esports offering. In the course of his career, Robb has focused largely on video games and esports – from both the developer, publisher, creator and platform angles.

Lena Park, Head of Communications & Programming

Lena Park is a San Francisco-based creative copywriter and content strategist with nearly 10 years of experience in marketing and advertising. Over the past decade, she has worked as a creative thought leader with global retailers, tech startups, local businesses, and international nonprofits, specializing in crafting brand voice and storytelling across all mediums. 

Oz Sailors, Board

Oz Sailors played NCAA Baseball at the University of Maine at Presque Isle from 2011-2015 before going overseas and playing baseball in Australia. At the age of 22, she became a head coach for Major League Baseball in China at the MLB Learning Center in Suzhou. Oz is currently the head high school varsity baseball coach at Moreau Catholic High School in Hayward, California. She also serves as the director of player development for the San Francisco Seals. Her University of Maine at Presque Isle hat hangs in the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown.

Justine Siegal, Board & Executive Director
Justine Siegal is the Founder of Baseball For All. In 2015, she became the first woman to coach for a Major League Baseball organization (Oakland Athletics, 2015) and to throw batting practice to a MLB team (Cleveland Indians, 2011). Women’s Sport Museum honored Justine with the Trailblazer Visionary Award; espnW named her an Everyday Hero; and USA Today dubbed her as one of the top 100 most powerful people in baseball (2017). Justine received her PhD in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Springfield College. Her A’s jersey is in the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. 

Jo Shoesmith, Advisor

Jo Shoesmith is the Chief Creative Officer of Campbell Ewald. She is an award-winning creative leader with a wide breadth of experience. As Chief Creative Officer for Campbell Ewald she oversees creative for the New York, LA and Detroit offices as well as strategy, social media, digital, and production teams. Jo is fluent in all media and specialize in building  meaningful stories that can carry across platforms. 

Jasmine Warren, Advisor

Jasmine Warren has been involved in Baseball For All since its inception in 2010. She is currently a Cognitive Science major and completed certification in Recycling & Resource Management. She is involved in Baseball For All’s event programming and logistics. Jasmine was 1 of 5 Americans selected to participate in the World Children’s Baseball Fair when she was 10 years old.
